Job summary

Epicor is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead Prism Core orchestration and platform governance in a fast‑moving AI‑enabled enterprise environment. You’ll own routing decisions, guardrails, security posture, usage tracking, monetization, and the evolution of core agents in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, and product teams to define the roadmap, set success criteria, and ensure trusted, scalable platform experiences for Epicor’s

Qualifications

• Prototype. Create hands on working prototypes of product concepts and validate them with stakeholders.
• Strong product management fundamentals to validate needs and build roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of platform infrastructure for orchestrating AI/agents.
• Applied AI knowledge to evaluate and instrument AI components in products.
• Comfort with fast-moving, hands-on work in a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of governance, identity, and audit to earn customer trust.
• Analytical and financial fluency for usage-based decisions.
• Leadership without formal authority across architecture, engineering, and design.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery and cloud/SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the orchestrator: routing decisions to models/agents and evolution.
• Own guardrails: responsible AI and safety controls for all actions.
• Own platform security and access posture including identity/audit controls.
• Own usage tracking across Prism Core and customers.
• Own monetization: pricing models and production reliability.
• Own model selection and roster governance amidst market changes.
• Own evaluation framework: test models before shipping.
• Own core agents: maintain shared agents used by other teams.
• Partner with Workflow Engine and other Prism teams to prioritize.
• Stay current on platform approaches to avoid duplication.
