Job summary
Epicor is seeking a senior product leader to own the Workflow Engine roadmap from early build to market, aligning with real customer demand across ERP platforms. You will partner with engineering, design, and ops to define how work is represented, tracked, and governed, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and auditable processes.
You’ll drive platform adoption, manage risk classifications and approvals, and lead pilots with real customers, while balancing rapid iteration with governance,
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, shipping platform or infrastructure products
- Strong technical depth in distributed systems and AI-enabled workflows
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving roadmap decisions
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Workflow Engine.
- Define how work is represented, tracked, and handed off across the system.
- Lead multiple functional areas: authoring, execution, quality, governance.
- Design risk classification and approval workflows built into the platform.
- Drive adoption across product teams and pilots with real customers.
- Stay current on AI agent orchestration and workflow automation.
