Job summary
Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workflow Engine, taking it from build to market. You will own how a unit of work is represented and tracked, and how information moves between system components to ensure reliable ERP workflows.
You will guide the end-to-end product across authoring, execution, quality, and governance, and drive alignment with teams like security and professional services. This is a strategic role for a fast-moving AI-enabled ERP platform.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management with platform/infrastructure focus.
- Experience shipping AI-enabled/workflow products used by other teams.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Own the Workflow Engine product vision and roadmap.
- Define how work is represented and handed off between system components.
- Own all engine areas: authoring, execution, quality, governance.
- Lead risk classification and approvals within the product.
- Collaborate with security, sales ops, and services on pilots.
- Drive adoption and onboarding for downstream teams.
