Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product initiatives end-to-end. You will own market understanding, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and GTM teams to solve real problems and deliver measurable value.

You will lead with product instinct, using AI as core infrastructure to compress research, accelerate decisions, and raise quality across artifacts and prototypes. Remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years in software/SaaS PM.
• Demonstrated AI tool usage in PM workflow with concrete examples.
• Proven success delivering 6–12 month product roadmaps with GTM impact.
• Experience mentoring Product Owners or Analysts and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong Agile experience with process improvement and metrics tracking.
• Revenue fluency and business acumen with executive presentation comfort.
• Understand networks, databases, APIs, cloud infra and related tech tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with Jira; comfortable with AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product area from market insights to roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and GTM teams.
• Define KPIs to measure product health and value delivered.
• Leverage AI to compress discovery, synthesize feedback, and draft artifacts.
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools to validate direction with customers.
• Lead planning with data-driven analyses and clear viewpoints.
• Mentor Product Owners and other PMs; step in as PO when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of product development practices.
