Job summary

Relativity, a leading provider of data intelligence platforms, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization. You will oversee platform capabilities powering RelativityOne, spanning automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI‑powered extensibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Experience with developer‑facing or platform‑facing products (APIs, SDKs, security primitives, or cloud infrastructure).
• Cloud platform architecture experience (Azure preferred) and AI-enabled platform patterns.
• Data‑driven: you use data to set goals, size bets, monitor product health, and change course.
• Strong communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to mentor junior product managers and lead through influence.
• Comfortable working with AI‑driven workflows and governance in product design.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog. Sequence work based on customer impact, technical dependencies, and business priorities.
• Define what is done and hold to it across incubation, migration, or adoption stages.
• Run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to surface issues and validate ideas.
• Make hard scope calls and document the reasoning to maintain momentum.
• Drive velocity while maintaining quality and reliability for the platform.
• Balance discovery versus adoption when launching new capabilities or scaling existing ones.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver platform solutions.
• Track metrics: adoption, migration progress, platform reliability, and integration time.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to leadership and partners.
