Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead automation services and infrastructure for RelativityOne, spanning cloud-native infrastructure, AI-powered extensibility, and governance. You will own platform capabilities, drive adoption, and work with engineering, security, and product teams.

The role emphasizes platform-first thinking, structured discovery, and data-driven decision-making to deliver scalable, trusted data intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Ability to define scope under uncertainty and prioritize.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products with measurable adoption.
• Hands-on with cloud architecture (Azure preferred) and distributed systems.
• Experience in AI-powered SDLC environments with agentic tooling.
• Data-driven with metrics for product health and adoption.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog sequencing by impact and dependencies.
• Define done criteria and track progress for incubation to adoption.
• Conduct structured discovery with engineers and ISVs.
• Make scope decisions balancing short-term and future bets.
• Drive velocity while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Apply appropriate PM model for current stage (discovery vs adoption).
