Job summary

Hashlist is seeking a senior leader to own the migration strategy from legacy connected-services to the future-state ecosystem. You will develop migration roadmaps across vehicle programs, mobile applications, backend services, and customer populations, and establish readiness criteria and success metrics.

You will partner with Architecture and Engineering to close capability gaps, manage risks, governance forums, and executive updates, while driving API compatibility and customer migration

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Platform Strategy experience
• Experience leading large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and microservices
• Strong understanding of API ecosystems and integration patterns
• Strong understanding of connected vehicle services
• Strong understanding of mobile application architectures
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and messaging platforms
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without direct authority
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Define and own the migration strategy from legacy connected-services platforms to the future-state ecosystem
• Develop migration roadmaps across vehicle programs, mobile applications, backend services, and customer populations
• Establish migration principles, readiness criteria, and success metrics
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to identify capability gaps and drive closure of functional, operational, and technical risks
• Maintain a platform readiness plan aligned to vehicle launch milestones
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Vehicle Programs, Mobile Applications, Operations, Cybersecurity, and external suppliers
• Lead governance forums, risk reviews, and executive updates
• Drive API compatibility, service parity, and customer migration requirements
• Define transition architectures and coexistence strategies with engineering teams
• Manage complex interdependent workstreams, identify risks early, and track milestones across the migration portfolio
