Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services or technical consulting experience on large-scale migrations.
• Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into business language and guide data transformations.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC) to accelerate delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core clouds and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end migration engagements, owning technical delivery, health, and go‑live outcomes.
• Partner with Account Teams and Sales to align migration goals with business strategy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate complex challenges into actions.
• Develop delivery plans with high‑impact milestones and pod‑level timelines.
• Facilitate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for transitions.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation to accelerate data mapping and discovery.
• Collaborate with GDC partners and delegate tasks while ensuring quality output.
• Stay aligned with Product Managers on roadmaps and field insights for improvements.
• Identify underutilized capabilities and weave them into migration roadmaps.
• Serve as SME in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Guide AI usage to support data retrieval, health reporting, and task automation.
• Act as technical POC during major incidents and protect operations during cutovers.
• Monitor trends and provide release recommendations for performance and stability.
