Job summary

Lilly is building a greenfield API manufacturing site in Houston, TX, and seeks a Learning Architect to design platform-wide training for GMQLD. The role focuses on scalable curriculum aligned with COE standards to support GMP manufacturing operations.

The LA will partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure content remains current, compliant, and effective, while supporting site-specific needs and governance reviews across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; alternatively HS Diploma with 10+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Expertise in Learning & Development and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS and GMP training requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific training content within COE standards.
• Maintain curriculum 90% platform-level and 10% site-level.
• Collaborate with site SMEs and COE for current and compliant content.
• Apply process-based curriculum principles and three-layer content model.
• Support governance, audits, and cross-functional reviews.
