Job summary

Lilly is constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for API production in Houston, TX. The Associate Director - Chemical Platform Learning Architect leads platform-specific curriculum design within the Global Manufacturing and Quality Learning & Development team, partnering with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to keep training current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing needs.

This role emphasizes governance, global standards, and cross-site collaboration to address platform content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, or Manufacturing/Quality operations.
• Experience with curriculum design, LMS, and GMP training.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain platform-specific curriculum within the GMQLD operating model.
• Partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure current, compliant content.
• Develop platform-specific training content within COE governance and global standards.
• Address 90% platform-level and 10% site-specific needs as assigned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve curriculum effectiveness.
