Kelly is seeking a Training Associate in Indianapolis, IN to design, develop, and govern platform-specific training content in a GxP-regulated environment. You will partner with site SMEs and Platform Leads to ensure compliant curricula aligned with manufacturing needs, and collaborate with Quality, Operations and Engineering to optimize training delivery.

The role emphasizes learning development, instructional design, and successful use of LMS tools like Workday or SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Expertise in learning development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of GxP, GMP and regulatory training.
• Proficient in curriculum design and LMS usage.
• Experience with platform-specific manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with DOJT/OJT standards and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain platform-specific training content.
• Partner with site SMEs and Platform Leads for compliance.
• Organize content by manufacturing process with task-level qualification.
• Support content governance and feed gaps to Platform Lead/COE.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations and Engineering to optimize curricula.
• Contribute to Time to Qualification and OJT standardization initiatives.
