SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (Sr. Customer Integrity & Threat Detection Analyst) to identify and mitigate platform abuse on Starlink. You will develop detection mechanisms, investigate scams and illicit activities, and partner with cross-functional teams while safeguarding customer privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations
• 4+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Experience investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity)

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks
• Develop detection and mitigation strategies
• Investigate issues like scams, fraud, and illicit activities
