Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for Starlink Platform Integrity, based in Hawthorne, CA. The role focuses on detecting and mitigating platform abuse, safeguarding privacy, and enforcing with balance.

You will work on proactive strategies and investigations with cross-functional teams to protect users and ensure compliance. The position emphasizes assessing risks, developing detection methods, and addressing scams, fraud, and illicit activities, while aligning with legal and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, ArcGIS, and/or R.
• 4+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Develop technical detection and mitigation strategies.
• React to investigate potential issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit activities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and deepen relationships with them.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Execute with consideration for customer privacy and proportional enforcement.
