Murmuration is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to grow the Platform Team (DevOps, App Security, SRE, FinOps) and raise the bar for reliability, security, and maintainability across the org.
You will coach a multidisciplinary team, shape the engineering roadmap, and partner with product, design, data, and partner success to ship at scale.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of software management experience across infra and apps.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience with platform-scale systems and DevOps/SRE practices.
Responsibilities
- Define engineering roadmap across DevOps, SRE, AppSec, and FinOps.
- Mentor and grow senior engineers and emerging leaders.
- Ensure production platforms are reliable and observable.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and partner success.
- Lead incident response and postmortems when needed.
