• Experience operating platforms with high request volumes in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect system design with focus on speed, scalability, maintainability and security.
• Own services from design to production; ensure observability and reliability.
• Automate infrastructure to reduce toil and boost velocity.
• Uphold coding standards; enable AI agents to multiply productivity within codebase.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing; lead incident response.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align delivery with strategy.
