Arbor Education is seeking a Platform Operations Director to lead SRE, security engineering, and developer experience within its Engineering team. You will own the operational backbone across Arbor’s suite of applications and align three disciplines under one leadership to improve reliability and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of SRE/platform/infrastructure at scale.
• Experience with reliability engineering, SLIs/SLOs and incident management.
• Experience leading a shift to build it, run it in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the availability commitment and meet 99.9% SLA across applications.
• Lead security vulnerability management and remediation programs.
• Oversee developer experience improvements, internal platform and self-service tooling.
• Drive platform as a product with measurable adoption and impact.
