Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native platforms across AKS and OKE. You’ll drive architecture, governance, and security while enabling scalable, reliable deployment pipelines in a remote, US-wide setup.

Responsibilities include automating infrastructure with Terraform/Bicep, implementing CI/CD with Azure DevOps and GitLab, and collaborating across teams to deliver secure, observable, and high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment maintaining cloud-based technology.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform, governance, networking, and security.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/Bicep, deployment automation.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Proven ability to improve system reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Monitor and research emerging technologies and cloud capabilities.
• Design Azure platform architecture including landing zones and governance.
• Manage AKS and OKE environments across production and non-production landscapes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
• Support teams with Kubernetes deployments, troubleshooting, and release management.
