Job summary

Helsing is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure/Platform Engineer to design and operate a cloud-based platform for US teams. You will implement multi-account AWS infrastructure with Terraform, manage EKS clusters, and run shared services like GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes security and compliance, including CMMC and NIST controls. You will enable rapid, self-service provisioning across product groups while maintaining strong security postures and scalable, observable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong AWS experience including GovCloud, multi-account setups, IAM and EKS.
• Proficient with Terraform and operating at scale across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure in a multi-account AWS setup using Terraform.
• Provision and manage EKS clusters, networking, IAM, and AWS primitives.
• Operate shared services (GitLab, Artifactory, CI/CD) and tooling.
• Build self-service tooling to accelerate secure development and guardrails.
• Help ensure platform compliance with CMMC and NIST controls.
