Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of backend or platform engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Experience integrating enterprise rules engines (Drools, ODM, DMN, OPA).
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience designing versioned schemas and backward-compatible APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and operate microservices delivering action and variant metadata.
• Build context-aware policy and eligibility evaluation services.
• Develop versioned, read-optimized APIs for high-performance runtime consumption.
• Ensure highly available, low-latency, horizontally scalable services.
• Collaborate with platform, data, and ML teams to maintain integration standards.
