• Architect transactional state stores as the single source of truth.
• Implement idempotency controls and exactly-once processing.
• Apply outbox pattern to ensure atomicity of state updates and events.
• Develop observable, auditable, and testable distributed systems.
• Lead and mentor engineers; collaborate with platform teams.
