CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the reliability and performance of our Kubernetes-based data platform. You will design and operate multi-region systems, scale infrastructure, optimize deployment pipelines, and strengthen security to keep critical workloads running with high availability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in platform or infra engineering, building scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with data platforms and streaming frameworks (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or Flink).
• Deep Kubernetes expertise and production troubleshooting.
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD and GitHub Actions.
• Ownership of mission-critical systems with high availability (≥99.99%).
• Experience with distributed systems, databases, and backend APIs.
• Experience designing geo-replicated, multi-region architectures.
• Observability: metrics, logging, tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• IaC with Helm, Terraform, or Pulumi; automated provisioning.
• Performance tuning and capacity planning in distributed envs.
• Cloud-native security practices including secrets management and network policies.
