As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Kubernetes-based data platform, architect multi-region systems, and optimize deployment pipelines while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or building highly scalable distributed systems.
• Data Platform Experience: Familiarity operating data platforms or data-intensive workloads, including Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or Flink.
• Kubernetes & Containerization: Deep expertise in Kubernetes cluster design, day-to-day operations, and production troubleshooting.
• CI/CD Systems: Proven track record building and operating robust CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD and GitHub Actions.
• Production Ownership: Experience owning mission-critical systems with high availability (≥99.99% uptime), incident response, SLI/SLO/SLA, and postmortems.
• Distributed Systems: Hands-on experience developing large-scale distributed systems, databases, and backend APIs.
• Multi-Region Architecture: Designing and operating geo-replicated, active-active, multi-region systems.
• Observability: Building full-stack observability with metrics, logging, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Helm, Terraform, or Pulumi and automated environment provisioning.
• Performance & Capacity: Strong capacity planning and resource optimization in distributed environments.
• Cloud-Native Security: Security best practices in cloud-native settings, including secrets management and network policies.

• Architect and operate highly available, multi-region systems designed to meet uptime and latency standards.
• Scale infrastructure, optimize deployment pipelines, and strengthen our security posture.
• Build, test, and manage scalable systems that are production-ready from day one.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure stringent uptime requirements and observability.
