Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the reliability and performance of our Kubernetes-based data platform. You will architect and operate highly available, multi-region systems designed for stringent uptime and latency standards, spanning scaling infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and security posture.

You will bring a minimum of 10+ years in Platform/Infrastructure Engineering, deep experience with distributed systems, and proficiency in CI/CD

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in Platform Engineering or distributed systems.
• Experience operating data platforms and data-intensive workloads.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes cluster design and production troubleshooting.
• Proven track record building and operating robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience owning mission-critical systems with high availability and SLI/SLO definitions.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and performance of the Kubernetes-based data platform end-to-end.
• Architect and operate highly available, multi-region systems with strict uptime.
• Scale infrastructure and optimize deployment pipelines.
• Strengthen security posture and manage incident response.
