Job summary

Maximus seeks an experienced technology leader to own and evolve our suite of enterprise systems, including CRM and ERP platforms. You will guide architecture, security, and release management while shaping modernization across multiple programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and steward budgets and vendor partnerships to deliver reliable, scalable solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM and ERP platforms (Salesforce/Deltek Costpoint).
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.
• Progressive experience in enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• Background in government or regulated environment programs and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the application development, administration, integration, DevSecOps, and operations across CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, integration, DevSecOps, and release management.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, reuse, and reduction of technical debt.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, performance, resilience, and compliance.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with clear accountability and standards.
• Manage technology budgets, licensing, vendors, and professional services.
