Job summary
Maximus is seeking a seasoned technology leader to own and evolve the program's engineering, architecture, and platform operations across CRM, ERP, and connected enterprise systems. You will guide DevSecOps, release management, and modernization efforts, partnering with business leaders to set priorities and drive impactful transformation.
The role demands hands-on leadership of large teams, budget oversight, and governance across security, compliance, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership on large programs.
- Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint) and APIs.
- Strong security, governance, and DevSecOps knowledge across cloud environments.
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and staffing across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Own technical leadership and integrity of all program engineering solutions.
- Ensure contractual requirements, SLAs, and compliance are met.
- Lead architecture, integration, modernization, and operations across platforms.
- Foster collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate with executives and stakeholders to align roadmaps.
