Job summary

Maximus is seeking an accomplished technical leader to own the program engineering vision across CRM, ERP, and related platforms. You will drive architecture, integration, and platform modernization while ensuring security, compliance, and high reliability across enterprisewide systems.

You will manage multi-team collaboration with program customers and internal stakeholders, oversee budgets and staffing, and guide technical decisions through the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms, application portfolios, or technical teams.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM and ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, professional services, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own development, administration, integration, DevSecOps, and lifecycle operations of Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, and related systems.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, integration, DevSecOps, and release management.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, reuse, simplification, and reduction of technical debt.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities, investments, and transformation initiatives.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with clear accountability and standards.
• Manage technology budgets, licensing, vendors, professional services, resources, and TCO.
• Review emerging technologies including AI, automation, analytics, and platform-native capabilities.
