Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Technical Leader to own the end-to-end technical direction for enterprise platforms, CRM, ERP, and supporting systems across contracts. You will drive architecture, modernization, and DevSecOps practices while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will manage budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning, partnering with business and technology leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
• 12+ years in enterprise applications, CRM/ERP, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years leading enterprise platforms and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle management of Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint and related systems.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, integration, DevSecOps and release management.
• Drive modernization, automation, reuse, and reduce technical debt.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance, resilience, and compliance.
