Job summary

Maximus seeks an experienced technology leader to own the program's engineering vision, architecture, and operations across CRM/ERP platforms. You will guide DevSecOps, release management, and modernization efforts while partnering with business leaders to prioritize capabilities.

You will ensure security, reliability, and compliance, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering or enterprise platforms experience.
• 7+ years of technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, professional services, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own technical risk management for the program across architecture, security, performance, and integration.
• Define and own the Program engineering vision and architecture across systems and platforms.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, trades, risk, and issue resolution.
• Work with the Program Manager to document scope changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Act as the senior technical interface with customers, supporting reviews and executive briefings.
• Ensure delivery of technical work remains aligned to contracts, SLAs, and standards.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Oversee budgeting, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning for program success.
