Job summary

Maximus in the United States seeks a senior technical leader to own program engineering vision, architecture, and operations across CRM, ERP, and connected systems. You will drive DevSecOps, platform modernization, and cost control while ensuring security and compliance.

This role requires 12+ years in enterprise platforms, strong executive communication, and hands-on leadership to scale multi-team efforts and align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise apps or platform engineering.
• 7+ years in technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall technical authority for the contract or program, ensuring integrity, feasibility, and quality of engineering solutions.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet contractual requirements, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution during the program lifecycle.
• Document scope changes with the Program Manager and ensure clear communications with stakeholders.
• Act as the senior technical interface with customers, supporting design reviews and executive briefings.
• Ensure tracking and transparency of technical work, schedule, reviews, and meetings.
• Set expectations for technical rigor and engineering discipline across the program team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
