Job summary

Roblox Corporation is seeking a Service Management Senior Software Engineer to design unified developer tools and oversee changes to services at scale. You will partner with internal engineering teams to drive the service management platform, shaping front and back-end applications for thousands of change rollouts.

You'll mentor teams, promote automation and CI/CD best practices, and collaborate with global engineers to enable the Metaverse vision.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience building tools and systems used by engineers at scale (1000+).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to build the service management platform for key user journeys.
• Develop and deploy frontend and backend apps that manage thousands of change rollouts daily.
• Collaborate on cross-functional architectural designs for multi-year scalability.
• Mentor engineers to improve automation and efficiency.
• Shape the team's vision with managers and drive it to life.
• Work with a global engineering team to advance metaverse technology.
• Be in the Roblox HQ office three days a week.
