Job summary

• Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale test automation infrastructure and supporting infra for Roblox platforms.
• Develop AI-native tooling to improve test authoring, selection, execution, maintenance, and failure triage.
• Develop test orchestration systems linking test planning, execution, and failure analysis.
• Improve test reliability, observability, and debugging across a large test ecosystem.
• Shift quality earlier in the development lifecycle with automated checks and feedback.
• Drive projects end to end from problem definition to production deployment.
• Collaborate with application, platform, QA, infrastructure, and productivity teams.
