Savvy Wealth is hiring its first dedicated developer experience engineer. You will own how developers and coding agents interact with the system, including code, tests, CI, and delivery.

You will shape standards, tooling, and workflows, collaborating with infrastructure, security, data, and product engineers to raise overall developer productivity. You will spend most time building and refining platform tooling, while talking with engineers to identify bottlenecks, test ideas, and guide teams

Qualifications

• Exceptional with coding agents and AI tooling.
• Internal developer tooling experience with real users.
• CI, testing, and large codebase improvements welcomed.
• Ability to interview developers and turn evidence into a roadmap.
• Strong software engineering ability across production systems.
• Evaluate agent behavior beyond demos.
• Influence across teams to set standards.
• Comfort moving between code, docs, and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own developer and agent experience roadmap for engineers and coding agents.
• Build the cloud coding experience around compute foundations and workflows.
• Improve agent output by updating structure, interfaces, and instructions.
• Design agent prompts, context, and model selection based on evidence.
• Manage internal skills system with clear standards and discoverability.
• Reduce developer friction: CI speed, local setup, tests, and deploys.
• Measure impact with research and objective metrics.
• Drive adoption by partnering with engineers and teams.
