Savvy Wealth is hiring its first dedicated agentic harness engineer to bridge engineers and coding agents, shaping the codebase, internal skill sets, and CI workflows. You’ll own how developers and agents interact with systems, improve environments for faster, higher-quality delivery, and collaborate across infrastructure, security, data, and product teams.
This hands-on platform engineering role emphasizes building software, measuring outcomes, and adopting better practices across engineering.
Qualifications
- Exceptional with coding agents and toolchains.
- Experience building developer tooling for real users.
- CI or large-codebase improvement experience.
Responsibilities
- Own developer and agent experience: set the roadmap for navigation of codebase, tools, tests, and ship software.
- Build the cloud coding experience: developer-facing layer around compute foundations, environment setup, context, tools, permissions, observability, review, and delivery.
- Improve agent output at the source: adjust repository structure, interfaces, docs, instructions, and feedback loops.
