Savvy Wealth, Inc. is seeking a dedicated developer experience engineer to shape how engineers and coding agents interact with the codebase and internal tools.

You will own the cloud coding surface and drive improvements across CI, testing, and delivery while collaborating with infrastructure, security, data, and product teams. This hands-on engineering role emphasizes building robust software, simplifying workflows, and elevating engineering productivity through clear standards and reusable

Qualifications

• Proven experience building developer tooling or platforms used by engineers beyond your team.
• CI or large-codebase improvements in production environments.
• Interview developers, diagnose root causes, and translate evidence into roadmaps.
• Strong software engineering skills with end-to-end delivery capability.
• Cross-team influence; set standards without becoming a gatekeeper.
• Pragmatic across code, docs, and developer enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own developer and agent experience: roadmap for how engineers navigate codebase and internal tools.
• Build the cloud coding experience: developer-facing layer around compute foundations.
• Improve agent output at the source: revise repo structure, interfaces, docs, and feedback loops.
• Engineer context deliberately: design what agents receive and how decisions are made.
• Own our internal skills system: raise the quality of shared skills and instructions.
• Fix everyday developer friction: improve CI speed, local setup, testing, and deploy workflows.
• Measure what works: combine metrics and evaluate task-level agent performance.
• Drive adoption: collaborate with engineers and turn experiments into defaults.
• Partner on safe autonomy: work on sandboxing and access controls.
