Job summary

Savvy Wealth is hiring its first dedicated developer experience engineer to make coding agents output consistently good software. You will own how developers and agents interact with the codebase and internal tools, shaping CI, testing, and delivery workflows.

You’ll work across infrastructure, security, data, and product engineers to raise quality, define standards, and drive adoption of efficient, scalable practices. This is a hands-on platform engineering role with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• Exceptional with coding agents and can show task decomposition, context management, model choice, failure inspection, and maintainable output.
• Experience building developer tooling or a platform used by engineers beyond your team.
• CI, testing, repository workflows, or developer productivity improvements in a substantial codebase.

Responsibilities

• Own developer and agent experience: set roadmap for engineers and coding agents to navigate codebase and ship software.
• Build the cloud coding experience: create developer-facing layer around compute foundations, including task intake, environment setup, context, tools, permissions, observability, review, and delivery.
• Improve agent output at the source: adjust repository structure, interfaces, documentation, instructions, and feedback loops to produce correct code and sound architecture.
• Engineer context deliberately: design what agents receive, discover progressively, persist, and hand off based on evidence.
