Job summary

Finastra seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to build and run the core platform that engineering teams deploy onto. You’ll own production-grade tooling, automate deployments, and ensure reliable operations in a cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS environment.

You will debug end-to-end spanning Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and database queries while advancing platform capabilities and security. This is a senior role with strong emphasis on platform literacy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the platform that engineering teams deploy onto, a multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS environment.
• Write production-grade code for tooling and automation, not just scripts.
• Debug deployment issues from Kubernetes to Spring Boot stack traces and Hibernate queries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design operable, secure deployment and rollback paths.
