Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in software or cloud engineering, with senior exposure.
• 8+ years in Infrastructure-as-Code development (Terraform or similar).
• 6+ years building CI/CD pipelines with GitOps (FluxCD, ArgoCD) and automation tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on Kubernetes, service mesh Istio, Linkerd, and auto-scaling solutions like Karpenter.
• Strong scripting/programming background (Python, Shell, or equivalent).
• AWS proficiency with EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, Step Functions, VPC, IAM and firewall rules.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable AWS environments using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Shape enterprise AWS solutions with a security-first mindset, ensuring resilience and performance.
• Drive release automation via CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Automate patching, upgrades, and upkeep of IaC and pipelines to keep infrastructure healthy and compliant.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams to align infrastructure with business and regulatory needs.
• Champion automation of Infrastructure in AWS to minimize manual intervention and errors.
