Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to advance our AWS Cloud migration and cloud-native SaaS offerings. You will partner with Development, Platform, and Business teams to implement scalable, secure deployments, improve observability, and automate workflows across cloud environments.

You will work in an Agile setting, using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on delivery speed and reliability for enterprise clients in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 1 year in an Associate level role or equivalent.
• 70% Ops, 30% Development focus in DevOps.
• Strong experience with containerization, Kubernetes, EKS and CI/CD pipelines via GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps; monitoring with CloudWatch; API/Microservices security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development, Business, and Platform teams; own products and infrastructure in AWS Cloud.
• Follow Agile (Scrum/Kanban) for project tracking.
• Guide cloud best practices and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Design scalable, reliable solutions; improve observability across apps.
• Moster migration of on‑prem apps to AWS Cloud and maintain SaaS offerings.
• Lead strategic initiatives for seamless application integration and performance.
• Provide other duties as assigned by management.
