Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned DevOps/Cloud Engineer to drive cloud adoption and operations in AWS. You will work with development and platform teams to implement scalable, secure, and observable cloud-native solutions, including Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD automation.

The role focuses on optimizing cloud infrastructure, supporting on-prem to cloud migrations, and enabling robust SaaS offerings with strong automation and monitoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience; 1+ year in Associate level or equivalent.
• 70% Ops / 30% Development emphasis in DevOps.
• Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Experience with Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• Experience with AWS and managing EC2, RDS, Beanstalk, Load Balancers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development, Business, and Platform teams for AWS cloud deployments.
• Maintain operational coverage of cloud environments and automate optimization.
• Implement cloud best practices and security measures for SaaS offerings.
• Improve observability and end-to-end performance of cloud applications.
• Lead migration of on-prem apps to AWS and enable CI/CD automation.
• Support product teams with DevOps guidance and incident response.
