Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to support cloud-native SaaS products migrated from on-prem to AWS. You will collaborate with Development, Platform, and Business teams to implement scalable, secure cloud solutions, improve observability, and automate CI/CD workflows. Excellent communication and a strong command of IaC are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of industry experience, including at least 1+ year in an Associate level role.
DevOps focus with 70% Ops / 30% Development.
Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
Experience with Git for version control and Azure DevOps.
Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch).
Proficiency in Terraform and IaC best practices.
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell.
Experience deploying applications on AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2).
Strong SQL/RDS knowledge and API/microservice tuning.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Development, Business, and Platform teams managing products in AWS Cloud.
Participate in Agile practices using Scrum and Kanban.
Implement cloud best practices and Well-Architected Framework guidance.
Design scalable, reliable solutions with cross-functional teams.
Improve observability and end-to-end performance of cloud apps.
Migrate on-prem workloads to AWS Cloud and support SaaS offerings.
Lead strategic initiatives for seamless product integration.
