Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
• 10+ years of applied experience
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Expert in one or more programming languages
• Demonstrated ability influencing across functions and teams
• Extensive practical cloud-native experience

Responsibilities

• Advises and leads on the strategy and development of multiple components and technologies across the reusable-components portfolio
• Creates novel code solutions and drives the development of new production-code capabilities that scale across the enterprise
• Translates highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to leadership for informed technology investment decisions
• Drives adoption and implementation of technical methods and upholds quality standards
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that are secure, resilient, observable, and agent-consumable by default
• Influences across business, product, and technology teams and manages senior stakeholder relationships
