Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Forward Deployment Product & Platform Engineer to bridge business outcomes, product strategy, and enterprise technology platforms. You will partner with leaders, managers, architects, and engineering teams to design, build, deploy, and scale platform-based solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, drive platform adoption, and ensure security and reliability across enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in people management.
• Experience with modern integration and cloud architectures (Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, SF Agentforce, SF Data 360, Integrations).
• Hands-on experience with Python, Mulesoft, Apigee, Informatica, App Omni, DevOps - Bitbucket, Jenkins, AI - Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock and/or Google Vertex.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into product features and platform capabilities.
• Design integrations, APIs, data services, AI-enabled capabilities, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmaps based on deployment feedback.
• Drive platform adoption through leadership, onboarding, and change enablement.
• Ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.
• Leverage DevSecOps, observability, and automation to accelerate delivery.
