Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• 2+ years developing AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience leading large platform modernization efforts.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-assisted design-to-code and automated reviews.
• Own automation of testing and QA within CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical direction across four to seven delivery squads.
• Drive durable patterns, reusable components, and governance.
