Johnson & Johnson in Raritan, NJ is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer for the Customer Experience Management domain to translate the PR&O roadmap into secure, scalable platform capabilities built primarily on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud technologies.

The role leads design and engineering execution for PR&O workflows, data, integrations, controls, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities, partnering with seniors, architects, and delivery teams to ensure platform-wide

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale products, platforms, integrations, or distributed systems.
4+ years as a lead engineer, solution architect, principal engineer, or technical lead accountable for solution design and engineering execution.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, extensibility, integration, data, security, release management, and platform operations.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Copilot, and Copilot Studio integrations.
Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices and tooling, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and platform observability.
Experience designing or implementing production AI solutions using LLM integration, agents, RAG, tool calling, context engineering, evaluation, observability, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

PR&O solution architecture and engineering.
Translate the PR&O product roadmap and business-process requirements into executable designs and backlogs.
Design and guide PR&O capabilities across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and connected services.
Define domain models, data flows, integration contracts, and security boundaries.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, control functions, process owners, and delivery partners.
Ensure platform reliability, performance, security, and governance.
Lead reviews, backlogs, release-readiness, and cross-team dependencies.
Establish reusable patterns, services, APIs, and platform components.
