Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Transcend program seeks a leader to design, develop, deploy, and manage enterprise AI and data platforms focusing on AI-enabled applications and integrated data solutions in a regulated life sciences setting.

You will oversee architecture, requirements, solution design, and cross-functional teams using SAP BDC/Joule and cloud platforms, ensure privacy and governance, mentor teams, and drive AI literacy while managing budgets from the New Jersey hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT, including 3+ years in SAP AI/Data.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BDC, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, and cloud platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architecture, requirements analysis, solution design, software development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead cross-functional teams managing SAP BDC, SAP Joule, and related platforms.
• Ensure AI practices align with data maturity, privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Establish governance frameworks across technology portfolios.
• Mentor engineering and data teams, manage budgets, and drive AI literacy initiatives.
