Job summary

Autodesk’s CloudOS team is seeking a Senior Technical Content Designer to own the strategy and execution of CloudOS developer documentation, turning complex platform concepts into clear, actionable content for developers and AI‑driven tools.

Responsibilities include shaping the content roadmap, producing tutorials, reference material, runbooks, and diagrams; collaborating with engineers; and measuring impact on developer productivity and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience designing developer-facing technical content for platform/infrastructure products.
• Strong portfolio of tutorials, API/CLI references, and examples.
• Expertise in information architecture for complex technical systems.
• Hands-on docs-as-code with Git, Markdown/AsciiDoc, and CI publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content strategy for CloudOS developer docs, setting priorities and roadmaps.
• Create clear developer docs: quickstarts, tutorials, references, runbooks, and guides.
• Translate AI platform guidance into consistent, production-ready content patterns.
• Build docs-as-code systems with repos, templates, and automated pipelines.
• Design interactive, task-focused content to speed developer success in CloudOS.
