Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to drive UX strategy for data‑driven platform products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, user research, and design partners to shape experiences around granular project and asset data, enabling powerful insights and connected workflows across the Autodesk ecosystem.

You will lead human‑centered design, prototype across fidelity levels, and facilitate workshops, advancing platform capabilities within a complex technical space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX design and research experience.
• Experience designing complex B2B or technical platform products.
• Strong understanding of AEC customer workflows and BIM/3D applications.
• Experience with complex data management concepts and related design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A current portfolio with enterprise UX case studies.
• Strong facilitation skills in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, able to distill ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to define and deliver experiences from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate across teams to align design with platform initiatives.
• Visualize and prototype at multiple fidelity levels from wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Rapidly validate concepts through reviews and user feedback.
• Facilitate workshops and cross‑functional sessions.
• Contribute to design system standards for consistency.
• Lead design presentations with diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain contact with users via interviews and field research.
• Research UI trends and emerging technologies for data‑centric UX.
