CrowdStrike in the United States is seeking an experienced Sr Platform Data Engineer to architect, deploy, and operate the core data infrastructure and platform services underpinning CrowdStrike's analytics ecosystem. You will own the reliability, scalability, and performance of the data platform, working at the intersection of infrastructure and data engineering.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of combined infrastructure and data engineering experience.
• Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (US citizenship or permanent resident).
• Advanced Python programming (5+ years).
• Expert Airflow deployment and administration.
• Strong experience deploying Superset or similar BI platforms.
• Cloud platform expertise across AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI with IAM, networking, and managed services.
• Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• Knowledge of DBT and OpenMetadata.
• SQL and data modeling expertise.
• Experience with data security and compliance requirements.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and administer core platform tooling including Airflow and Superset in production.
• Manage IaC for data platform components using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform services and data workflows.
• Implement and enforce platform security, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain data models using DBT and OpenMetadata catalog assets.
• Write efficient Python code for platform automation and data processing.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
