Relativity, based in the United States Minnesota, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will define product direction, establish health indicators, and partner with engineering to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in software product management with ownership across lifecycle.
- Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives or cloud infrastructure).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platform architecture and AI-enabled SDLC environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by customer impact, dependencies, and priorities.
- Define what "done" looks like for incubation to scale adoption, and communicate the rationale.
- Run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to surface issues and validate ideas.
- Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter, what is a future bet, and what is out; document reasoning.
- Drive velocity while maintaining the quality bar and reliability of the platform.
- Balance discovery vs adoption when launching net-new capabilities and scaling existing ones.
- Track metrics on adoption, migration progress, and time to first successful integration.
