Job summary

Phizenix Inc. seeks a hands-on engineering and technical leader to drive platform architecture and infrastructure engineering.

You will design a federated identity system, build composable infrastructure as code at fleet scale, and lead security, compliance, and delivery pipelines across all products. You will act as the go‑to technical authority for platform architecture, mentoring engineers and vendor partners, and translating complex risk into actionable guidance for executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep hands-on IaC experience at fleet scale (Terraform/OpenTofu with Terragrunt).
• Production multi-tenant Kubernetes experience with GitOps and policy controls.
• Proven CI/CD platform development with reusable workflows and gates.
• Strong cloud security, identity, network security, and compliance tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture and runtime direction across services.
• Design and implement composable infrastructure as code with versioned templates and images.
• Automate environment lifecycle from PR merge to destroy, ensuring cleanup.
